These sessions are held with a Life Coach and at times other guest speakers, with the attendance of a group of individuals all focusing on self-elevation and transformation in an interactive real-time environment.
Unlike the 121, Couples and Group Coaching Sessions where there may be familiarity with each other, the Workshop is made up of strangers coming together with a similar focus of self-improvement, elevation and transformation in a somewhat teaching environment, listening more and undertaking interactive exercises.
These sessions can be over a day for a few hours and can also be over 2days, based on the topic/s focusing towards self-improvement with the goals, aims and objectives being already pre-set by the Life Coach and any speakers that would be present, that would require the attendees participation rather than leading.
The sessions can be made up of:
-Female only
-Male only
-Mixed
All to do with having similar interest in the chosen topic/s of the workshop and having the interest of learning more about options available and meeting others with similar interests at the same time. These sessions can be in-person attendance and online.
We will look at:
-Outline the aims and objective of the workshop, with an idea of possible goals.
-Outline the topics of the workshop.
-Outline the speakers of the workshop with the agenda and how it would be delivered.
-Outline the present environment individuals may be facing.
-Outline the impactors, influences and limiters that affect personal developments, goals, enforce the needs for change, aims and objective.
-Have individual input on reasons for attending to ensure the workshop delivers and meets the needs for attendees.
-Setting group and individual assignments to assist with opening up communication, establishing clarity and understanding to work towards breaking down the barriers and promote understanding, encourage accountability and self-reflection.
-Encourage collective participation, collective goal setting, collective exploration and learning as the workshop progresses to ensure attendees leave with a clearer understanding of what they need, want, goals and feeling more balanced than when they first attended.

Attendees will not only meet others with similar beliefs and focus, but would be in an active environment partaking in an interactive style learning atmosphere and will be able to feel more involved with gaining understanding on how to move forward.
