During these sessions of the Client and the Life Coach, where the aim is to support the individual Client in truly recognising their chosen goal, aim and objective.
The session is a means of guidance, providing encouragement, self-recognition, review and providing feedback on an individual basis.
There will be no one else present within a one-to-one session, unless the Client deems they would require someone to attend as a means of further support, but the expectation would be for the client themselves to be the dominant communicator within the session and the attending support to be a non-participating observer.
This is an individual coaching session that would focus on only one person, who is the Client and the Life Coach.
We will look at:
-What your goal, aim and objectives are.
-Establish your present environment.
-Review what are your current impactors and limiters in achieving your goals.
-Gain and have a clear understanding on the influences in your chosen goal, aim and objective. This is to ensure the goal is your desire and not of an external influence, as this will ensure your full accountability and consistency in achieving your goal.
-Once its established what your desire/s are on an individual basis, we will revisit the chosen goal, aim and objective to verify if you wish to change it, keep it and/or adjust it.
-Create an assignment action plan specific to Client needs.
